Christie Xie is the Founder and Principal Broker of Nuage Real Estate Group. She started investing in real estate in 2010. Over the past decade, she trained and managed over two dozen agents. She currently takes on the role of a Real Estate Broker, a Developer/Builder and an Investment Manager of a 20 million portfolio.
Christie is a licensed Construction Supervisor and also a Certified Financial Planner. Christie is the past Commercial Division Chair and Board of Directors for AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America-Boston Chapter). Before Nuage, she worked in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments.
She holds a Masters in Taxation from Bentley University and a Bachelor in Business Management from Babson College. She is a past graduate of Harvard Business School Executive Education in Real Estate and the Real Estate Finance and Development Certification Program at MIT and a candidate for (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member.
